Baguettes, croissants, sandwiches and seasonal delicacies. For us, COPAIN is like living pure life.

Depending on the season and our mood, it is above all a creative workshop. We don’t want to use a tomato in winter, when it’t not even the right time for – we have to admit – this very delicious nightshade plant.

We think bakery and ingredients in a whole new way. Our aim is to offer every friend who visits us a high-quality product that tastes good and uses ingredients that are not only tasty, but locally in season.
